So, i've been going back and forth with DJR Services, they told me they would get back to me within 3-5 days because they were submitting my paperwork to the "LENDER".. Today this is the email I received, they are offering me $400 when I clearly paid wayyyyy over that amount, I overpaid them by $1,775.00

What would you suggest I do?

This is their email to me:

You haven???t mentioned the name of your state. So it???s very difficult to say whether or not payday lending is legal in your state. If the pdl company is not licensed in your state, then you are required to pay them only the principal amount. If you have paid them more than the principal, then ask them for the refund.
