I too have been trying to contact these people(they must me aliens as you you get noone). PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT EVER EVER TAKE A LOAN WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME.

I agree with you, this company is one of THE lowest! How have you been trying to contact them, by phone, mail? If you do a search on them on this site, you'll be able to find various addresses and phone #s (I believe the "best" address is the one listed for Miami, OK). They're not an overseas company but they DO have an address on Indian tribal lands here in the US so they can hide from State and Federal laws.
