What is SGQ, LTD?

I would suggest sending all documentation you have to a one Mr. William Reed at Credit Protection Depot, if they are in fact affiliated with MyCashNow. He can be reached at 1-866-645-1662 for a fax. You could try 1-866-645-1661 for telephone communication. They are located out of Vegas, I believe. You could try send an email to [email]compliancedepartment@creditprotectiondepot.com[/email]. CPD collected for MyCashNow and PayDayMax, both of which I had loans with. I found that sometimes my emails were delivered, sometimes they weren't, so don't give up hope on the first try if it doesn't get through. You could also try sending the documentation to [email]customerservice@creditprotectiondepot.com[/email] as well. Keep us posted on your progress.

This company has been trying to get small amounts out of my checking account incurring lots of insufficient fund fees. I never signed a contract with them. I did request a payday advance and received several calls. After I heard their fees and politely said no and hung up. Then weeks later I started seeing these small portions of money trying to come out of my already upside account incurring to date $165 charges that I cannot pay due to my financial situation

They deposited money into my account without me signing a contract or even verbally speaking with anyone. Their number on my bank account is 866-828-6351

Rona if they put the money in your account and you dont want it, just repay it and be done with it. Send back the money. Signed loan docs dont mean anything. If you have the money send it back

Call your bank and tell them you want them to return it.

you shouldn't.go to your bank and let them know you didn't authorize that deposit.they will send it back to whoever sent it.iwould watch your account for a couple of weeks though.if this pdl tries to debit let your bank know asap.they will fle fraud charges and return the money to you.

Has anyone had a hard time contacting SGQ? I haven't received emails from them in a while and want to pay it off. I faxed a letter on weds but only the finance fee was taken out. I think I missed the 3 business day window since thursday was a holiday. So I'll fax a letter again today. But I want to talk to someone to confirm receipt of fax.

This is a debt consolidation website, not a payday lender.

I have been charge since April 2008 180.00 a month. It shows 90.00 2 times on the first of each month. I do recall receiving a 300.00 loan from them with the authorization to pay-off the next month. I started looking at my bank statement in detail and notice that 90.00 2 times was coming out of my account since April. As we speak today I have paid this company 1,620.00 on a 300.00 loan. I am currently trying to put a stop to this company and stop the debit from coming out of my account.

You need to put a stop to this madness now. Secure your bank account asap. This means closing it or freezing it, speak to a bank manager today so they can no longer debit your account. Once you secure your account you need to contact them and tell them you no longer authorize them to debit your account and request a refund. SGQ Ltd is an illegal internet PDL company. Good luck.

SGQ was my worst lender to get ahold of. Still have never talked to them officially. I would almost rather deal with a tough PDL company than one who you can't reach at all!

Their business is designed this way. Almost no way of contacting them and once you have a loan, they debit the minimum forever.

The only way to deal with them is to close your account or secure it ASAP with your branch. If you have paid over the principle, which one poster has several times over, you are done with them.

I overpaid them and haven't heard a word from them for 7 months. They did have several collection agencies contact me but none of those went anywhere either.

they did me the same way.....they wont answer the phone or contact me back... what can i do....been faxing them to no avail and calling to no avail.....
