Back here again - ugh

I joined this forum last year and unfortunately through a series of bad decisions find myself here again. I've gotten on top of my regular creditors through a debt counseling group, and now need to deal with these lousy PDLs that I signed up for, again. I've already shut down the checking account that they have on record and have a new account setup. My pay date has come and gone and they've started calling me AND calling my references.
So, here's my list of PDL creditors; all are Internet. I'm also dealing with Advance America which is a storefront operation. Oh, and I live in Virginia in case you are wondering.
Company Borrowed Paid
Big Int. $200 $140
IFC $200 $60
WorldWide Cash 200 198
PayDay Avenue $500 0 (paid back in full each time, then you get a new loan - fees are $179.90 - ouch!
AIP 200 534
payday-loan-yes 350 420
ACH Loan 200 490
MTE Financial 300 630
Cash-Advance.us 300 0
I'm in the process of setting up an account with Langhorne because I really don't have the time to deal with these crooks right now, and I just want them to leave me alone! I am concerned about the phone calls at work and to my references and need to get them to back off for now. Also worried about how this may affect my credit rating for purchases like auto loans or mortgages. My credit is already "poor" right now. :( My first Langhorne payment won't be until the end of next week, so I can't direct any calls their way yet.
Any advice on dealing with these folks would be appreciated. I'll be working on my wage assignment and cease and desist letters this weekend.
Thanks in advance.

It won't really affect your 3 major credit reports, which is what most car lenders and mortgage companies will check. Only if it's sold to a 3rd party collector, and even then it's usually not shown on the 3 major reports.
Payday lenders have thier own reports they use. Teletrack and CL Verify and 2 of the most commonly used reports.

So sorry to hear you got caught in the cycle again. It happens to the best of people though. File a complaint with AIP with the BBB as soon as possible. AIP will respond fairly quickly and also issue a refund. They're pretty easy to deal with once you report them. BIG will hound the heck out you; however, file with the BBB and your state AG with them. They just LOVE to make phone calls though. Your storefront - check to see if they are a member of the CFSA. If they are, you can invoke the EPP if you get there at least one business day before your loan is due. Pay it off in 4 equal payments. Check to see if they are a CFSA member.
