PDL'S & CREDIT CARDS

I Live in Tennessee and have 5 payday loans & 3 credit cards. The PDL's were drafting my bank account for my entire paycheck when it hit the bank. My husband and I have seperated and he closed that account. One place took $295.00. arched 4 times. This is the craziest thing...now I am in such a financial mess I will never get out any suggestions.


Call the PDL places and ask to set up payment arrangements. If they refuse, find a debt management company that handles PDL. Try town and country acceptance in birmingham alabama. you can get all their info on the BBB website. Sometimes, they claim that they do not accept payment plans or work with debt management people, but when the company your with starts sending checks, they WILL cash them and therefore, they do. Also, if things get ugly, do what i ended up doing, tell them when they call and harass you that you lost your job and that they will either work with you to settle or make payments, or they will accept what your DMC is offering or they will get nothing when you file bankrupcy. Their choice. Its a dirty trick but its effective and they play dirty, so why not. Good luck

Hang on, before you do anything PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THEM. They will go in and take everything you have and cause areal mess with your bank. Let us know the names of the pdl"s , your state, and amounts borrowed and paid back. We can help you here.
Chances are your loans are not even legal and certainly you do not need a settlement company.
