Hello,

I was on this site a few months ago, and with some advise was able to negotiate with PayDayOne and am halfway through paying that off, and with my stimulus check, I paid off another one. I had a 3rd that I was going to work on paying. Well, unfortunately, since that time, there have been several things that have gone wrong with my family and having no one to turn to, I had to take out another payday loan, and then when my bills were getting to be more than my paycheck, I took out another. Next thing I know, I have 4 new payday loans. I know it's my fault and I should have known better, being in this in the past and finally paying them off. I need some advice on how to handle these on my own. I thought about PDL Assistance or Langhorne, but I can not afford to have the payday loan companies call my work.

I live in Texas, and I know there are some weird laws here. I believe the ones I have are all legal in Texas, and I know one has a CSO fee.

Payday Loans: (they are all internet loans)

MyCashNow - $600 principle - paid $0 (first payment due on 7/15/08)
CashNetUSA - $600 principle - paid $117.18
ThinkCash - $250 principle - paid $47.77
CheckNGo - $1200 principle - paid $391.24
CashAdvanceNetwork - $400 principle - paid $0 (first payment due on 7/15/08)

If anyone can give me any advice on what to do, I would greatly appreciate it. I realize I have not paid the principle amount on these yet, but at the rate I am going to have to extend some of these, I will greatly over pay, and will be overdrawn in my bank account trying to pay my house bills too.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

I have dealt with Cashnetusa and they will accept payment arrangements, but only what they approve of. I believe my balance with them was 762 and we finally settled on $105 a month...we went round and round for a few weeks with them calling me non stop, but once we agreed on a payment arrangement they stopped calling me.
