I currently have several payday loans that I have been paying on and can not make the monthly payments any longer. I have already closed my bank account and am starting to get calls and emails.

Advance America - 1200 have paid 381.70
Check into cash 600.00 have paid 1022.70, sent them an email asking to consider this paid in full but they advised all I have paid was to refinance each time.
Skytrail cash - 1000 have paid 1399.58 (I believe this is a tribal loan)
Plain Green - 1400 have paid 353.06
Spotloan - 800 have paid 672.08
Moneylion - 600.00 have paid 1168.96, sent email and all they sent back was my agreement and said I could make arrangements to pay the balance.
Speedy Cash - 500.00 have paid 422.72

I am in Texas and all of these were online loans.

Try to pay off Speedy Cash first. It's a legal loan.

Spot Loan, Skytrail and Plain Green are tribal lenders. Hence, they are illegal. Morally, you only need to pay the principal amount. Legally, they can't do anything.

Call Advance America and Check into Cash. Talk about your problem and see if they agree to settle your debts.

I have made an agreement with Speedy Cash to pay that one on installments.
Check into cash I have a principal amount of $480 and they want me to pay the finance fee of 122.00 as well. I told them that I could pay the 480 in biweekly payments but I have not heard back from them yet. Can they make me pay all of it or do I just have to pay the Principal balance?
I have contacted Advanced America but have not received a response.

I think you must talk to Speedy Cash again for better negotiation, if they find you eagerly interested to pay them back, they might waive off the finance fee.
Also, send a reminder to Advanced America until you get a reply.

I am still trying to work out and EEP with speedy cash on paying just the principle. I have not received any calls or any other responses from the other payday loans.
