I hope I am posting in the right place - please forgive me if I'm not - first time here
All Internet leanders
B&L Marketing - borrowed $300 paid $720
Star Cash Processing - borrowed $250 paid $300
500 Fast Cash - borrowed $350 paid $210
Ameriloan - borrowed $350 paid $315
arrowhead investments - borrowed $300 paid $270
mycashnow - borrowed $100 paid $37.24

I live in New York State. I keep trying to pay them off but found myself borrowing again and again to make payments to them and also my bills

I have worked out a deal with My Cash Now to repay them and additional $62.76 to equal the $100 I borrowed but I am having a hard time with the others. Star Cash Processing wants and additional $300 and they are threatening me that they do not have to follow the laws of NYS as they are not in NYS. How do I talk to these people.

Am I obligated to pay all their interests and fees - I just want to know that what I am reading here applies to them as well and I am saying the right things so nothing comes back to haunt me later. I'm looking to pay off the principal and be done with them, this was the worst mistake of my life. They tell me I signed a contract and that I'm obligated to that no matter what state I live in.

I have closed my bank accounts and have tried making arrangements with them when they call me and like i said My cash now has worked out an arrangement but the others are refusing. what are my options

I also tried working with Global Client Solutions but found out that they were charging me more fees than the payday loaners and I figured i be in the same hole. They charged me $200 up front and then I found out after they took that they were going to charge me $30 a month per lender plus $10.35 monthly service fee - so I would be right back to square one !!

Payday loans are illegal in your state and so are the internet pdls. Find your state laws here. It seems that you have overpaid couple of them when you owe on the principal amount with others. With illegal lenders you're morally obligated only to repay the principal amount and not the charges and interests. Check the following link for guidance to deal with illegal lenders.

Well, that's not true. The state law, if there is one, normally prevails in such cases .

SC is correct, you are only obligated to pay what you borrowed to begin with. less any fees, interest or payments. Request an address from them where you can send payments, tell them no address, no payments, period. Don't give them your new account information, send them money orders via certified mail.
