OMG!!! I am freaking out... I took out an internet loan on Oct 5th with Summitt. I have not had the money to pay it back but now am ready to start making payments. I have been contacted by Olivia from NCP stating that she was coming to my place of employment to have me processed for internet fraud unless I paid them 700 dollars by 1:30 today. I am in the state of Tennessee. I have called Summitt, with no progress. They say that they don't have my balance, my contract or who has my account now. They say that ICollect has it, but you can't get anyone there to answer the phone. Says the voice mail is full. Oh my goodness... someone please help me!!!!!!!

i would file a police report for the threat as that is what it was.olivia should be in jail herself for that.icollect is bottomfeeding scuzz that collects for illegal pdl's.everthing they do is against the law.file AG,and FC complaints as well.do not worry or give this person anything.as shazz said you will not be picked up.the internet fraud is one of a bottomfeeder's favorite threats.

Right now, you pay on your terms and if they wont accept then they wait. I would send out a debt validation letter to the collection company and make sure you send it certified. Then also file complaints with the BBB, AG, and so on. Dont let them push you around. And if anyone is committing internet fraud its them.

These outfits are completely shameful and that's what they're counting on, that they'll scare you into paying outrageous sums of money. As Jasgal said, send a certified debt validation letter to these people; I'm almost willing to bet that you'll never get an answer, at least in writing! Don't let them intimidate you and if you have any questions, this is the place to get answers.
