I have a payday loan of $200 with Total Lending, Inc. I understand they are out of the Bahamas. On my contract there is no address...therefore I can not get in touch with them to let them know I can not pay them anymore. They have taken interest of $600 out of my checking account over the last few months. I wish I could come up with the $260 to pay them in full
but I can't...they say they will take paydowns of intererst plus 50 dollars but I can't do that either. Does anyone know their address..or an e-mail address? I know I can put a stop payment on the withdrawals from my account...but I am sure that would make them even more difficult to deal with...I am open to suggestions thanks! I live in Indiana.

Hi Laura,

If they are out of the Bahama's then they are lending to you illegally in Indiana. Based on your info, you have already paid back the loan and they actually owe you a refund of $400. I would put a stop on their withdrawal's, but I would also be careful because they can try and withdraw a different dollar amount or under a different name. I would take care of securing your account before you send them any letters...

Here is a copy of a letter you can use to send to them, I did find a fax #:
866-412-2369 phone
866-379-7667 fax

Sample Revocation letter here http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/forums/revocation-letter.html

Here are the law's for Indiana, you will need these to update the above letter:
