I am in the state of Washington and have been searching their database(https://fortress.wa.gov/dfi/licenselu/dfi/licenseLU/default.aspx) for a license number for them and can't find anything on any payday lender I'm dealing with. United Cash Loans and One Click Cash. I've sent emails asking for the license numbers but haven't received any response. Not sure what to do next.

You will not receive a license for them. They are two of the worst illegal companies out there. They are not licensed anywhere.

United Cash Loans is a payday loan company out of the state of Oklahoma owned by a native american indian tribe. They are not licensed and they will harass and threaten you non-stop!

So, what do you suggest I do?

As to what you would do, I guess it would depend on your situation; do you have a PDL with them? If so, are they still taking money out of your checking account? Do you still owe money on the principal of the loan or, like so many of us out here, have you overpaid them? Or were you just doing general research before applying for a PDL? (If the last, I would urge you NOT to get involved with these people)

Ace Cash Services borrowed $300 owed $390 paid $0
Pluto Marketing borrowed $300 owed $390 paid $90
My Cash Now borrowed $350 owed $408 paid $0
United Cash Loans borrowed $350 owed $525 paid $260
One Click Cash borrowed $400 owed $360 paid 260

United Cash Loans will not let me access my account since I sent them an email yesterday asking for their license number.

Should I still close my account even though not all are illegal lenders??

yes. all internet loans.

i would secure your account asap.. there is a sticky here about banking laws and closing accounts in different states. if you cannot close it because of direct deposit, etc. than put a hard block on it and when you do close it, make sure ACH will not be able to push it back open.
i have never dealt with illegal loans so someone please correct me if i am wrong.
