I opened an internet PDL while living in VA with Zip19.com. They attempted to debit my account in 2 transactions and both were declined. I have been getting stern calls from Eric Grant and want to know what's the best way to deal with this? I obviously want to pay them back, since they did in fact loan me the $$, I just can't do it in 1 payment, as Eric is insisting that I do. He's called my cell phone and work phone numerous times and has left rude messages. Does anyone have any advice? To make matters worse, I lied to him and told him that I intend on paying it all in 1 installment, just to get him to stop calling (of course, it didn't work) HELP!!!!

Though payday loans are legal in VA I couldn't find the licensing status of zip19.com in the licensee database of the state, which may mean that they are not licensed in Virginia. You can still check the following link.

Meanwhile, here is something which would educate you more about the company you are dealing with.

follow the steps to protect your account I found this site a few days ago and it opened my eyes, I already paid back the money borrowed but they kept charging $50 to my account drove me nuts, so it works if you follow the directions on how to deal with internet pdl companies.
