Payday loan help in Washington - anyone?

1. List the companies you have the loans with and whether it is a store front operation or an internet operation.
(a) Moneytree (store-front)
(b) Advance America (store-front)
(c) Check Into Cash (store-front)
(d) My Cash Now (internet)
(e) Check City (internet)
2. List the original amount of the loan for each account:
(a) Moneytree - $700 (had more than 4 consecutive but still cannot afford their payment plan to pay off in 4 payments - its more than the $95 fee);
(b) Advance America - $700 (same as Moneytree)
(c) Check Into Cash - $400
(d) My Cash Now - $400
(e) Check City - $200
3. List what you have paid so far for each loan: I'm not sure I understand this question -- I've had these same loan amounts for months -- sometimes I pay one down a little but then I have to get more money.
4. List what state you currently reside in: Washington
Thank you folks - your help is appreciated. I did talk to a couple debt consolidation type reps and they only wanted to work on the internet loans (and one would only help if it was over $1,000).

Hi there, the only thing you can do to stop any of these debits from happening right now is to go to your bank and ask for a hard debit block be placed on it, you will also need to speak directly to the Branch Manager, tellers usually don't have the authority. I will return in a second, I have more info for you. Hang tight.

Check City is a legal lender and member of CFSA, what this means
Check City is a legal lender and member of CFSA, what this means is they have an EPP (extended payment plan) available but will not offer it, you must ask for it. This will stop the interest and allow you to pay off the loan in four seperate payments. The other store fronts may also be members of the CFSA, you need to ask them. I'm not sure about MyCashNow but I will do some checking and see what I come up with. By the way, you need to request the EPP plan BEFORE you default.
