I have been reading and realize that store payday loans are illegal in the state of NJ - however these are all internet payday loan companies - so what options do I have - I tried talking with one company and they said that NJ laws do not apply to them because they are not located in NJ.

So you really got a refund from QLoot - I tried talking to them last night and they told me just as the other company since I did this on the internet that nj laws do not apply and that it was like I entered their state to create the loan. They said I was wrong in my information about interest.

You may want to mention that you have sent letter to your state's financial commission and they are investigating. When I mentioned this, his attitude changed. Keep pushing, I think you will get one.
