Ari-I worked in the medical field for many years and you really need to see you Dr. again for that blood pressure-that's stoke level,girl.I know you don't like the idea of medicine,but please think about it. A few years ago my husband,who works 2 jobs was really stressed out,well he wouldn't take medicine for his blood pressure and one morning dropped to the floor paralyzed on one side. I got him to the hospital and THANK GOD,the paralysis left,but they told him that another one,and it might be permanent. You have a great husband,are beautiful and talented,don't give this up so easily.If this scares you,good!!I am very concerned about you and want you to consider other options. Taking medicine is a small price to pay to have a good,full life.Take Care :D ...Karen
