Ok..here's a poll for how many of you have more than 1 (one) Christmas tree in your home during the holidays....counting those outside!!
Just for fun...'k?

Hey guys and gals - Holiday man here, at least that's what my friends call me - I am a total cheese as soon as October hits and my spirit lasts well into the Spring! I am already decorating for fall, but have my Christmas stuff pulled out and ready to go, November 1st! Oh yeah, 1 tree.

One more thing, I am new around here but I saw this thread about Christmas and couldn't resist, heh.

I saw an earlier post about cats and tinsel. Ever cleaned tinsel out of the litter box or out of a cat's butt? Ewwwwwwwww, no more tinsel on our trees. I do three every year. I can't help myself. This year is going to be better for us too since I've been buying all year round. I catch things on sale and do it that way. Then, I'm not bombarded in the month of December. Now, I just need to start wrapping these things. I remember when we reached a certain age, my mom would have us wrap our own presents LOL! We got to pick them out so she said we had to wrap them too. We did have some surprises on Christmas morning though. This will be the first Christmas without my husband's father as he passed away in January. We will make it through though. I'm making a lot of gifts this year too with the yarn I have laying around my house. Lots of scarves and lap afghans :)

Don't feel bad, Jessi. I tried both knitting and crocheting and didn't do well with either one! I did okay with one row with just the basic - what do you call it - stitch? but you can't make much with that! My cousin, on the other hand, can knit really nice baby booties and sweaters with all these designs. Both crocheting and knitting are definitely a work of art.
