WILLIAM K,

This is debtconsolidationcare and the page that you are visiting is one of the forum pages. I assume that you tried to contact Nationwide Warehouse - wfnnb A. Hirsh & Son ??? Wfnnb. Please contact them at the address listed above.

Since you are quiet sure that you don't owe anything to this company, then ask them to validate their demand. If they can show you sufficient proof that you really owe them, then only you need to pay. Always send your letters through certified mail with return receipt requested. This will help you to take legal steps in future, if needed.

I have this listed on my credit report and I have no idea what company/credit card this is for. Can you please help me? Account # 290213XXXX It states this account is open (1-1-1996) and current with no balance.

Shannonlvn,

If the account is not holding any negative remark, then probably it won't hurt your score. Moreover as it increases the amount of available credit, it helps keep your debt to credit ratio low.

However, if you like to close this account, please contact them at the address listed above and inquire about the procedure of closing an existing account. You can also search BBB website to find if they have any additional address of phone number.

I am in the same boat as you Shannonlvn!! I too have this listed on my credit report and have no idea what this if for. It says I owed over $5000.00 and was included in bankruptcy in 2001 account number 290521. I never filed for bankruptcy in 2001. It is showing on my credit report as a negative rating since I never apparently paid it, but somehow included in my bankruptcy.

What do I do know, can anyone help????
