My mom recieved a notice of Intention to dismiss for Want Prosecution and the hearing is set for next month I want to know what that means and what is lvnv?

Basically, this means that a party was fixed to appear at the court for a hearing or trial on notice and that he/she didn't fulfill it in the past. Now your mom is getting the notice and the hearing set for next month.
