Welcome Queenfasion :D It sounds like without your husband running up bills, you may end up better financially! Have you contacted your creditors? If not,I would do so and explain your situation. Sometimes if you explain the situation,they will work with you. If they get the feeling you are not doing anything,or running from your debt,they can get ugly.Someone will contact you soon about your credit counseling. I will not say that divorce is the best decision to be taken. Stay separated for a while and understand if things can improve a bit. But, I respect your decision, qweenfasion. If that's the only way to solve your existing problems and there are no hopes of any improvement later, go for it. You will feel better.
