I currently have PDL's with four different companies

What should i do? I currently have PDL's with four different companies and recently lost my job. I have contacted three of the four by phone to try to work extensions out but ?I am afraid they will kill me with additional fees and interest. I am not sure what to do next. I currently live in PA . Thanks


How much have you paid to each one? Chances are these PDL's are not even LICENSED in PA, so you'd have the upper hand in negotiations. Like--"I'm going to report you to the AG's office of PA and report you.." They have a tendancy to magically work with you at that point.

If you've over paid, you may be able to get these accounts marked paid....How much have you paid, and how much were your loans for?

my cash now 450 loan 540 paid
united loan 300 loan 90 paid

I really am trying to get them to halt deductions from my account. I don't want to try to switch banks.How do I find the form letters everyone seems to be talking about for marking an account paid in full, or for removing authorization to debit? Thanks so much for your help. I finally feel like I may see that light at the end. lol
