I hate the day that I started dealing with payday loans. I have dealt with cash central, gfsil, ameriloan and a few more. I recall paying some of these places off. I went to my credit union to withdraw some money last Friday to shop for my kids Christmas and I found out that my money was not in there. My direct deposit hits the bank on Thursday, but is not availible until Friday. Why on Thursday some places named MTE financial, Rio resources and 1800899Cash had withdrawed my money out of my account! Being that the money was not availible until Friday, that is considered insufficient withdrawal and I was charged $30 for each deduction. I called 1800899cash and thay said that they have never approved me of a loan! How do get these people to refund me my money and does anyone have the address or number for Rio resources and MTE financial?

Here is the info I have on them. (RIO and MTE are one in the same)

Quote:

MTE Financial/Rio Resources
147 Eubank Blvd NE
Albuquerque, NM 87123
(866) 702-0268 (ivr)
(866) 246-0059 (fax)

The phone numbers might be specific to one of their many payday loan places. I'm not sure. But it's a starting point. Good luck!

kalista71055 welcome to the boards, I hate to bear bad news but you need to close that particular account and open a new one. This sounds like it won't be cleared up for awhile and they will bleed you dry of any and all monies. You need to also dispute these debts with your bank. Good luck and keep posting
