First you need to stop the PDL's from trying to take anymore money out of your account. Since your account is negative you probably won't be able to close your account, but most banks will close it automatically if the balance stays negative for awhile and items keep trying to post. You should prepare a letter to the PDL's revoking authorizaiton to make any further debits to your account. Since the PDL's are supposed to hit your account tomorrow you may need to talk to your bank and see about putting a block on your account so they can't make the debits.

You definitely need a good budgeting in your income. You need to save large portion from it so that you can put it towards your debts. As you have already registered in this website, one consultant from your area is going to call you for debt advice. You can ask him for some budgeting tips.

Which lenders are you dealing with?

When a debt counselor calls you (as part of registering as a member here) make sure you have all receipts and statements, etc. in front of you to get the most out of your call.

For food for your children...I would contact your local city offices and see if they have any food giveaway programs. Sometimes with these programs you have to make under a certain dollar amount, other times there are programs where anyone can obtain the free food. Churches are also good places to ask about food giveaways.

i spoke to a counselor and they could not help me. We do not have any crdit cards and the only thing that keeps us behond is the fact that I have 6 PDL's. So I"m on my own right now. I've been incontact with all of them and 2 of them are willing to work with me on getting the balanc epaid off. The rest said no they will not help me. So I'm closing my account by next monday. The ones who offered to help will ge tther money the others will get their money when I have extra. Oh well se la vie. At least I tried to negotiate with them.

The ones who won't cooperate will probably start to harass you or send you to a horrible collection agency. So remember to stay strong and don't let the dirtbags get to you. You could send them small payments anyway and they would be stupid on their end to send it back. Just make sure you defiantly keep track of your balances and what you send to everybody and keep copies of everything so they don't try and screw you later.
