I need phone number for united cash because they keep taking money out of my account since july 2006 and i only borrow 300.00 please i know someone out there has there number.email me back email address removed as per forum rules - Mike

Oops, above I misquoted the woman I had talked to. She stated that "we can't do anything because they are on an indian reservation".
So I do still pay the original amount that was borrowed then. I was under the impression that if the loans are null and void that nothing was to be paid, or had to be paid. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to skip town on a debt here. I was just wondering that if the money was lent illegally then it should still be paid back? I just hate to keep feeding the machine I guess. I will need to contact the bank I was with when the loans were first issued. I had to switch banks because they wrecked my account and credit with trying so many times to withdraw money. Oh well, that is another story in itself.
Basically my question is as follows: if I have in fact not paid enough on the account then I am legally obligated to pay the amount borrowed, the remaining balance anyway. Yes? If I have paid at least that much say in fees, interest then I am good? I just can't get the null and void part through my head. If someone would explain that to this idiot here it would be appreciated. Thanks again for you input, help, advice, etc. Have a good night everyone.

to address your questions.

1)the loans are null and void in OK only, but they are still illegal everywhere else
2)being illegal you only owe the principle borrowed
3)if the debits taken equal or exceed the original principle you owe nothing more.
4)we always advocate paying what was originally borrowed.but do it on your terms not theirs.that means do not give them bank or cc info.demand an address to send money orders.also get everything in writing.never just over the phone.

hope this clears things up for you my friend.

Yes, yes it does. Thanks so much.
As I stated in an earlier post, every time I would request something in writing they would threaten me by telling me that they would just sell my debt to someone else and once that occurs I would then owe something like $4k. This is just a hoax, yes? Bluffing me in to giving them money as fast as possible? I had told the fella that I would be happy to send them X amount of money each week, month, whatever but that I would only do a money order or cashier's check. No personal checks on my account. NO WAY. Still threatens, still whatever.
I just do not understand these folks. I am happy to pay my balance but when they threaten and bully and lie it makes it difficult to give these people money. I am still tracking down bank statements, should have them today or Monday. Until then maybe I should send them a money order for $1. Thanks so much. Take care, have a great day and weekend.

I revoked my ACH authorization, which made them mad, then my bank took back (as far as they could go) the past debits. Report then to your local authorities!!! This company is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know what to do! My $200 loan turned into a $500 loan and my bank covered it yet they keep telling me the price has increased. Who should I call?

what you need to remember when they realize you know your rights they will slowly fade away and move to the next victim to see if they can scare them into paying. But please make sure you file complaints to everyone you can and not just once, everytime they call you file another complaint. These companies who rent a tribe need to be stopped. If this was the mafia our legal system would have already closed them up. you only owe the principal and nothing more and you pay only on your terms. stay strong

If they already took 200 bucks from your account you owe them nothing, they aren't legal anywhere in the U.S.

Well, since they are an unlicensed lender all you can do is contact them by telephone or via email and tell them you need a physical address to send the rest of their money to them, the information I have on them is below but I am not sure about how accurate it is, at this point.
3531 P Street NW
Miami, OK 74355
Telephone:800-230-9480
customerservice @ unitedcashloans.com
United Cash Loans are part of MNE and are not licensed anywhere.

PO Box 111

Thank you for all of your helpful tips on dealing with this bottom feeder. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. (Actually, I am filing another one today because they called again). I am using the physical addresses above to file a complaint with the NYS Attorney General Office and the Better Business Bureau. Does anyone have a template for a letter asking for a refund? I paid these clowns $825.00 for a $300.00 loan and they are still asking for $175.00 and my banking info (you've got to be kidding!!!) Someone in Washington really needs to see what these jerks are doing!!

I am in California and have been fighting them since Nov. 2009. What you need to do if file all your complaints in California and their state. Go online to do so, with BBB, FTC, Attorney Generals, Department of Corp and www.ic3.gov. I have also wrote letters to our Senators. Barbara Boxer has sent me an email stating she was opening a formal inquirey into this company. Elections are coming up people use this time to your advantage.

First ?, ic3.gov is a website that is ran by the FBI to have consumers report internet crimes. So since United Cash Loans & Oneclickcash say they are tribal that means they do have to answer to the Federal gov.

2nd? I went to website and sent her a breif email. It took about 3 weeks but I got a response back asking me to mail her a written statement that she could use to open a formal inquirey. I dont expect alot from this but its a start.

What ever you do keep it up. Every friday I set down and send out a whole new set of complaints to the PDL, BBB, FTC, Attorney general, Dept. of Corp. and ic3.gov. I have also taken time to write letters to all the media groups, 20/20, Good Morning America, and ect. I am hoping someone picks it up and starts to ask some questions. I know this is alot but we have to be proactive here. Since I began this in Nov. 2009 I have settled with 3 companies, now I have 4 left, 2 owe me refunds and the last 2 I owe a very small amount. I know this is hard, but I have finally been able to pay my reg bills and accually sleep. So dont give up. We can all make it here.
