Has anyone dealt with 500FastCash? My daughter and I have. We borrowed $200. in Nov and they are still taking money out of our account. How can we put a stop to this?

You need to go to your bank and inform that 500fastcash is taking out money from your account. But, first, check your bank statement and calculate the total payments done on the loan. Review it with your state laws. If you have already paid more than the permissible amount, your bank will block the company's transaction ID and stop further debits. Another way is to change the bank account and open a new one.

FC is right. You have to talk to the bank manager and block 500fastcash from making any debits. Show them how much you have paid on the account reviewing with your state laws. Chances are that 500fastcash will call you after not getting money from your account. Recite the laws and get the PIF letter for proof that you owe nothing.

This is MTE Financial. They will debit you to death until you close your account. You can not just block "500 Fast Cash" because MTE uses many, many, many d/b/a's and will just use a different d/b/a to debit your account. Your best thing to do is to close your account and open a new account. My suggestion is at a totally different bank. They will continue to debit you until you are dead and then attempt to debit some more. If you have overpaid them (which I'm sure you have), you need to start sending letters out stating your laws, how much you borrowed, how much you paid, and how much you overpaid. You need to revoke their privilidge of any debits of your bank account. You need to file complaints with the government agencies against them. If you get a refund, I think I'll have a heart attack because they will always say you "still owe". This is not true. Like I stated, to prevent 500 Fast Cash from debiting you any further, close your account. Open a new account somewhere else and NEVER give out that new account number. If you decide you want to pursue the overpayment issue, post more information such as what state you are in, how much the loan was, and how much you paid. We can help you from there.
