I recently have been hasseled by: allied interstate. In a bill where we have no intention to pay because, I already have paid it and they owe me money. How can I get Allied interstate off my back and stop calling me at all hours. Thank You, Jan

To stop the calls, you must send them a cease and desist letter.

If they are attempting to collect a debt you already paid them, I would file complaints with your state's attorney general, their state's AG, and the FTC. I would also recommend you contacting an attorney, as now they potentially owe you more than just a refund.
