The creditor is Dell Financial and according to Dell financial they do not accept proposals from debt managment companies but they will accept their payments. My dmp also stated that Dell did not accept their proposal however they accept payments from them.
My question is I know that all of this is recorded in my credit report now but will it harm me even more if I remove dell from the program?
