11,000 in debt and I want to combine it into one.

My wife and I are currently about 11,000 in debt and I dont know where to go or what to do to put all my payments into 1. My bank wont help me because I am currently in debt. I need to know of a place that will help with "bad Credit". And some of my debt doesnt even show up on my credit report, ex: renting furniture. Is there anything i can do?
