claim process carrier

HI
Have never received any paperwork in writing of any kind. Continuous calls from 877-801-8409 claim to be first national arbitration. Now calls from Marshall Bailey that he is a process carrier and needs to schedule a meeting for me to accept court documents. He claims I need to call the 877 number, petitioner, for information. I don't want to call this scam number..any suggestions. Not sure what this about--I have a couple of payday loans I stopped allowing bank charges on. So guess this is the issue.

Why should you need to attend a meeting to receive court documents? The court papers can be sent directly to your address. If they are genuine, then they must be having your address already. The whole thing sounds fishy. Don't reveal any information to them. If they call you again, then tell them to validate the debt first.
