When it comes to illegal PDLs, there is no "definitely" other than, they will definitely get as much money from you as they possibly can. You only owe these people $30. Follow the advice Shazz gave you. You see, what happens is, even if you pay them the $390, they have your account info and they can go into your account any time they want to. Also, it's not uncommon for them to start calling a year or two later and claim you never paid them and now they're pretending to be attorneys, threatening to put you in jail unless you pay them $1000 to settle the matter right now. As long as these people think there is even the slightest chance that you'll give them some money, they will never go away.
