Ok, all these debts are hurting your credit ratings. There are easier payment plans in the consolidation program using which you can pay them off. Once everything is paid off, your credit scores will go up. A consultant will be calling you to offer free counseling and your repayment options. If you find the payment plan helpful, get started and involve your consultant to negotiate with the credit companies for lower interest rates. Some late payment fees can also be waived off in the program.

Judgments stay in the credit report for longer period depending upon the SOL in your state. The negative information has already hurt your credit ratings. Make sure that this is paid off too. Your credit gets some repair work.
