to whom it may concern,
i would like to know how about to get my @&%$$#@ refund from debt relief usa? i have called and left messages and no one has return my calls. when i called to cancel my account because i chose to go with bankruptcy, i talked with rick zahndow, the acct mgr, and he said that he would take care of the account and close it. i have yet to hear back and its been 4 months!! does anyone know who i need to contact to get my money back from this company?????

It sounds as if you hired a company that is not working with you. Do you have an address for them? I would suggest that you speak to your bankruptcy attorney in regards to this matter, also file a report with the BBB and FTC. Someone will be along shortly to advise you further.
