i get it.the cash store they post 9/10 means 9 of 10,but these are all legal from the looks of it.you can still do this yourself as legal lenders will work with you,but it won't be easy.in fact let me check on the cash store, but i;m sure they are legal.

Does anyone have any info on payday support center? I've checked BBB and found nothing. I'm worried they may not be legit.

These people are a complete scam. They go by two separate names but are at the same address. They contact customers directly, require an upfront fee, then send faxes out but never settle accounts. They say they are a "debt validation" company, so that they can require an upfront fee. They are simply collecting upfront fees, then telling customers that the companies will tell them that they are a scam, but just don't believe them. To date they have never settled any accounts and when I ask for their negotiation department so that I can see if they've contacted my loan companies, they say that they don't have a negotiation department or they'll call me back because they're getting a lot of calls. STAY AWAY

I have been in contact with this same company but became worried once they asked me to wire them the upfront fee?? Whey would they want that wired when they can debit my bank account?

do not even think of using this service. take your hard earned money into the bathroom with you and start flushing it down the crapper. you will get more satisfaction watching it swirl the bowl. you can do all you need to do on your own. check for legality first DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU I know from first hand

Payday support center is a ripoff, just as bad as the PDL companies they claim to help you with. Won't send you the enrollment packet until after you've paid the enrollment packet spelling all the details. Payment has to be moneygramed. That should have been a big red flag to me, but it wasn't. DON'T USE THEM. Try and work with the PDL companies yourself. BTW, enrollment fee is nonrefundable. THEY ARE A RIPOFF COMPANY AS WELL.

I have 3 internet loans. I live in Nevada. Someone help please. The loans are

Ameriloan - 300.00
LiquidCashOnline - 500.00
VIPLOANSHOP - 500.00

I cannot pay these off. They are taking 380 in interest every two weeks. 760 a month. Are these illegal in my state? I know they have to be licensed in nevada.

Don't contract these criminals.

Don't sign anything!!!

They do nothing but take your money and hope that your debtors stop calling you after awhile.

After you are in for a few hundred bucks then they let you know that your payday loan company is operating under it's legal limits and tell you thanks for the money you provided to them for really not doing a thing.

Calls keep coming in.

They don't do a thing but hope that they die off during the process.

However, they will refer you to an affiliated company who can really help in your situation but it will cost you additional fees as those are separate services.

Read this carefully..

Don't don't give it to you until after they have taken your money..

I foolishly bought into their "sales" pitch. I would advise not doing business with them. Too much to say, but basically, I've lost in essence $726 (validation phase; all they did was send out letters), none of which will be applied to the supposedly 3rd and final stage = settlement, the fees being 20% of the final amount settled w/payday loan places (2). I had thought that the monies I paid to them during the "validation" phase would get applied to the settlement. Wrong! Basically, you start all over again, this time establishing a settlement savings account. I should have just paid off those two payday loan places over a couple of months. I guess the old saying still rings true = if it sounds too good to be true, it isn't.

I have used these guys as well and nothing is being paid off and they continue top take money from my acct, twice a month. Do you know what will happen if you close your acct so that they can't withdraw any more money from you? Do you know if you go to collections or if you can be sued?

I have used this company. They have been taking money from my acct, twice a month with no results. I still am getting calls from the previous lenders. I am wondering if anyone knows if you can be sued by these lenders if they don't get paid or if it goes on your credit report. Also, if you cancel your acccount so that Payday is unable to take anymore money what will happen. Does anyone know?

Of course you can be sued by the lenders if they are unpaid!

Are your loans even legal? Who did you borrow from and what state do you live in??

They are total scams. They will take your money. Even if you don't give them permission. Do not give them your account No. They will argue you down, curse and hang up on you. Call the BBB first. When you have a problem they will tell you that your rep no longer works there.

Everyone in this thread needs to go and write a complaint on RipoffReport.com and they need to contact their AG in their state or the AG of Alabama and let them know what is going on with this company. I encourage you all to do this.

You do not need to go with a consolidation company. You can do this yourself. What state are you in? names of lenders? how much did you originally borrow? and how much paid back so far?
Answer these questions and we can help you further

Not sure about all of these horrible experiences that are being discussed, but I worked with this company and they saved me big time in fees and overcharging from the payday loans I was working with. I went from paying $680 month to the lenders, down to one pymt of $159 to the Payday Support Team for 7 mos and debt free. I went to the BBB to check them out and the complaints that are noted on them are for both general without explanations from their customers and that they haven't paid a license fee to be accredited with the BBB yet. Honestly they have worked well for me and saved my butt.

wondering if this company is legit or not. I have a debit to go thru with them this week. I have 2 payday loans they are saying they can help me payoff with $105/semi-monthly for 5 months and $105 initial fee and then they will send me a "welcome kit"?
HELP?

You can handle the payday loans yourself. What state are you in?, names of your lenders?, how much originally borrowed? and how much you have paid back?. answer these and we can help you further. Going with a payday consolidation company is a big joke and will cost you more money which you do not have to spend!!

I only did one payment and they claimed in the paperwork which they send you after you give them your first payment it says all payments are none refundable even if they did not contact your payday loans or set up anything else with you. The day I spoke with them there was not call back till three days later saying they needed to complete the welcome package which seemed to be what I was doing with the customer service. However, they said it was my fault as they sent emails and phone calls (all during the times I am at work and not on the cell phone number I gave them to contact me when I am not available). Then you get the run about with several different people talking to you. I agree they first thing they asked was for me to send by Moneygram if I could not give them my bank information.

I hear strange stuff with Chase. I do not know what rules they have but in my experience no bank has the right to give your account information to someone to take money. In this case these people have a bad rep on the web. They got a (non refundable payment which was only mentioned in page 2 they said after my first payment) payment and I cancelled and they said no you will not receive nearly 100 dollars back. This is a scheme and if Chase gives your information to these people a lawsuit can be brought in for adding and abetting criminals. If you notice the website they take you to the first time you speak with them is not connected to this comment page. If I had researched it before hand I would not have gotten ripped off.

I just got off the phone with PDL Support Center, was just about to sign up & give them my information but I thought...this sounds too good to be true, I told them I'd call right back. The representative was very insistent to keep me on the phone and to sign up, and these pressure tactics raised even more red flags. So I logged onto the internet and searched PDL Support Center Reviews, AND I AM SOOO GLAD I DID!! It sounds like this company is a scam! Thanks for everyone for posting!! I have 2 loans that I cannot pay. The first lender is Peppercash, borrowed $500.00, paid 300.00 so far, internet lender. The second lender is PlainGreen, borrowed $800.00, paid 342.84 so far, internet lender. I reside in Ohio. Can u help???

Register with the forum...that should be your first step.

DO NOT CONSOLIDATE YOUR LOANS!!

List out your loans, how much you borrowed and how much you have paid back. Plus it is very important you tell us what state you live in!!
