If a creditor gets these letters and they still call are they in violation of the fair credit act? I am with Oak view law and they claim they sent these letters but I still get calls from 3 different creditors at least 5 times a day. I talk with oak view and they don't seem to want to do anything.
Any help or guidance would be great.
Thanks

Hi Ray,
I have replied to your other question at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/settlement/pay-greater-amount.html#341125 .
Sometimes creditors violate laws (as they want to create pressure on you). In case you face any problem regarding any creditor call, surely talk to your customer care, and inform them about the creditors (their names and the call times). They would certainly do the needful or, if required, can even send legal notice to your creditors. In addition, OVLG being a law firm can make these things work better.
For any further query, please feel free to talk to me. I am BG, a rep at OVLG.

Hello,
Update on this as well. I had talked with BG and I understand the situation better about the calls.
We talked for a bit and everything was explained better.
Sometimes it takes something to be spelled out in plain english before someone gets it.
I'll keep everyone posted.
