Is FDRS out of business and who the hell is Fairhaven Law Group?
FDRS or federal debt relief system is not out of business yet. Y
FDRS or federal debt relief system is not out of business yet. You are not the only person who said they are affiliated with each other and that doesn't surprise me. I assume Fairhaven is the crooked law firm that does the back end work for FDRS. Here is the bad news ,both Fairhaven Law Group and FDRS have big fat F ratings with the BBB. Both of these companies are as crooked as a southern politician. I have never heard of a single person finishing their so called debt termination program ever because it is based on the bogus "no money lent" argument, where the claim is made that credit card banks cannot loan money legally. About the only thing they accomplish is getting you sued by your creditors. Creditors hate this scam, and they come down hard on people trying to use this bogus "no money lent" system. Their legal theories are total nonsense, and the courts do not recognize their arguments. The only thing such "debt termination services" offered buy FDRS will do for you is take your money and get you sued.
come down hard on people
can you elaborate on examples of ppl experiencing this "banks coming down hard on ppl using the "no-money-lent" arguments. What exactly would happen if someone who use this? can they actually come up with all the documentary proof in time to make the deadline?
im not sure what they can and will do about this type of program
im not sure what they can and will do about this type of program. but you can be sure they will be looking for it the more sucessful it becomes and frankly i would not want to be caught at the end of it when it all comes crashing down.??
This is a sneaky dirty trick you are pulling on the creditors not that im a fan of creditors because im not, but just because they are dirty does not mean you need to be, and frankly they have the money to do what they wish, do you have the money for attorneys? or court fees? or whatever? if your in a debt crisis i doubt it.?? I would stay as far away from this type of program if i were everyone but hey thats just my opinion
I feel for you. FDRS sure did have a slick and very convincing
I feel for you. FDRS sure did have a slick and very convincing website, and they aimed right at people who were in serious financial trouble and ready to listen to anything.
FDRS is just one of many Mark Cella scams. He picked the patriotic conspiracy theory approach for that one because he knew lots of people agree with it. He didn't believe a word of it himself. Like he does with all his scams, he milks it for everything he can for a few months or a year, then packs up and disappears to a new scam. He thinks all this is monstrously funny.
I may be one of the few lawyers to successfully sue this varmint, and only because I looked pretty hard for FDRS's real address, and named both Cella and FDRS as defendants. Even then it took a little luck, as in, one of his employees was dumb enough to sign for the certified mail (in North Carolina, you can serve process by certified mail) so they settled and I about fainted dead away when their check actually cleared.
Now FDRS and Cella are gone again. No telling what he's up to now. Maybe someday, law enforcement will do to scammers who ruin thousands of lives and steal millions of dollars what they do to bums who write a few $20 bad checks--charge them with felony fraud and throw their sorry carcass in prison.
