A few questions

Hello,
I have debt totaling $3,720. These debts are from a credit card, an apartment eviction, unpaid electric bills. I am 23 and made many of these decisions a few years back.
Would it be best for my credit for me to pay off all of these in full?
Should I consolidate this debt and pay on it monthly?
I just want to make things right, and to become free to take out student loans at some point in the future.
