Which company is an honest legitimate Debt manager?

I have read almost every entry here and no one is telling us who is honest and reliable. I was using a Florida based Debt manager who was associated with a Law firm and they went out of business and took some of my money with them. Is there anyone out there i can trust?

I am using CCCS (consumer credit counseling service) which is a non profit agency. they do charge a small fee every month but I think even that can be waived depending on your situation (hence "non profit")....I am paying $25 per month and I make a payment once a month to them for $500 -- I have $16,000 in credit card debt. the credit card companies have drastically reduced interest rates (most from 28% to about 9%) which will help pay off the debt more quickly. all credit cards will be paid off in about 3 years.
