I need to get a debt management plan. The debt isn't that much $1600.00.

I thought there was a branch of this site, but I couldn't find it. Could someone recommend a debt management company that is reputable.

I am not sure if there is a limit on how much debt you have to have to do that or not.

Since the debt is so small, have you tried to take care of it yourself?

Is it one debt or several? Is is credit cards, payday loans? Is it with the original creditor or collection agencies?

I took care of our debt by myself. I called the OC and asked to be put on their hardship program so I could get them paid off. I took the smallest debt first, scrimped and saved to put extra on it until it was paid for and then took that payment and added it to the next lowest one, and so on.
