BANK OF AMERICA

I have three accounts with B of A and am going through Halo debt co. ( I have been with them three months) to help me handle paying these people off well, B of A wants to settle all three accounts in four payments which total 4,300 a payment if I had that kind of cash I would have paid the people in the first place! No one told me to start saving because you will have to have three large amounts to pay off your largest card or I would have tried to do so. I feel lost and don't know what to do. Do I keep paying Halo because there will be no cash until they get their cut first by the time money will be there to start paying anyone will I be sued? Can I get away from Halo and file Bankruptcy if I get sued? I didn't think I was tied to Halo but when I asked them about Bankruptcy they said I could But they would not allow me to. after seeing all these posts about Halo I am scared to death! a
