I would write them a cease and desist letter stating they are no longer to call you at home or at work and all correspondance from in out are to be in written form only. Call him on his ability to have you arrested, he'll back down. It is a MAJOR violation of the law to pose as an attorney, officer, agent. Let him know that he is comitting extortion and that is a felony for which HE will go to PRISON.
