does anyone have langhorne law phone number? they wrongly debited my acct today when i've made my last payment 2 weeks ago.

Well I had over 19 loans, and some I had been paying on for over a year. They had already been paid back several times over. Those were the first to go, and I was able to get a large refund from 1. If your loans were taken out more recent than the longer he lets those age, the more likely they are to accept a lower settlement. But it will be settled by the end of your program. Are you signed up for 6 months or 12?.

I signed up for 6 months. On average I've had the loans about 4 months. I have one that I only made one payment on and I'd really like to get that one cleared up since I haven't even paid the principal yet. I'm trying not to stress but it's so hard.......... I just want this to be over.

TO MEMBERS & GUEST OF THE FORUMS:

Unfortunately, this thread is beginning to get long. If the question hasn't been answered, please send me a private message. However, I am going to lock this thread because it's just becoming one long, and endless discussion about PDL stalkers, and Longhorn. If there is another issue, then please, lets address it. Otherwise, there are other topics that can be viewed.

Specifically, any untrue accusations need to be refrained from. This brings great concern not just to the members of the forum, but the administrators as well. Search engines will recognize verbiage from post being made, and will direct someone to dcc if they're doing a search about a particular law firm, collection company, lender, etc. This can lead to legal action against DCC, and we don't want that to happen.

If you do have evidence of such illegal actions that you have stumbled upon, or have any information that would be beneficial to the community, please provide such proof.

Also, any guest on this forum who are offering advice, please do feel free to sign up. Not only can you get a free consultation regarding debt consolidation, but you can starting earning points. These points you can later cash out for real money.

If you'd like to tell us your story, or any dealings with Longhorn, you can go here.

cbigfan7, if your question hasn't been answered, please look in the threads for your particular need. Some topics have already been covered. You can do an easy search here. If you need help with any letter format, or addresses, please let me know. I'll try to assist you anyway I can.

Regards
Mike
