i never heard from this firm but i checked my credit report and they now have me in collections.

May be one of your delinquent accounts has been sold off to the collection agency. That is why lvnv funding llc is listed on your credit report. Contact the collection agency and request them to validate the debt. If they are unable to validate the debt, then send a cease and desist letter to them. However, if they are able to validate the debt, then work out an alternative repayment plan with the collection agency.
