COUNSELING PLANS THAT INCLUDE SECURED DEBT

I believe that any debt settlement/consolidation programs include unsecured debt only. Any secured debts can not be included.

If you're having trouble with a car loan, I would suggest talking directly to the financing company. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix here (or in any other financial issue). You will need to get current on your loan or else they are going to start looking for the car. Maybe you can borrow from a family member? Hope that helps :)
