My account looks likes has been turned over to RAB. How would this effect if I liver near their office?
I had other accounts which I succefully setteled and paid by using C & D and ARB. I have one account left but no money to pay. On the other account I have dealt with Zwicker, NCO and NCI. I am not sure about the how RAB is
