You do have to be served with a summons before the step of siezing you bank account occurs, don't you? This is very scary and confusing. It's horrible how they can just take all of your money. Is is easy for companies to gain access to your accounts? I know that they have certain steps before they can get to it, but is it pretty much a last resort?
