I have a collection agency threatening me. They keep calling me at work even though i tell them i cant get phone calls at work. It is for a pay day loan and the check bounced. So I don't know if i should pay them back. They don't want to take payment plans, they just want the full amount right away

Most likely the CA is contacting on behalf of an illegal payday lender. In order to stop them from calling at your work, you may send them a cease and desist letter, stating that you would prefer only written communication.
Ignoring the request of the customer when they were specifically asked not to call at work is a 1.
