Is that really whats supposed to happen? what happens when ur account goes negative like that and it closes? what should i do? what can i do?

Thanx phew.
So is it different for say a unpaid cellphone bill or a hospital bill. can u be sued for those. because i've gotten creditors calling me on those but was never sued. Yet i can be sued for a closed bank account?

You can be sued for unpaid utility bills like cellphone bill. You can also get sued for hospital bills, just as getting sued for closed bank accounts. That you have still not been sued for these must be your good luck. I think, you should try to pay these off before getting sued. If you get sued, the judgment will be entered on your credit report, and this will hurt your credit score for 7 years.
