Can you tell me the name of your state where you reside? Are you sure they are legal in your state?

Is this a store front lender? If you are going to file BK there isn't much they can do about it if you follow the BK laws and qualify.
Advance Me Today

Advance Me Today
It's an online payday place located in Costa Rica. I have other internet payday loans that I'm putting in bk and none of the other's have given me problems. The contract says I that they don't follow our states laws and that I can't file bk 30 days after receiving the loan. Also that their loan is in effect even if I file bk? I don't knw if its a valid contract bt the rep I talked to gave me a really hard time.

They aren't even a legal lender. How much did you borrow from them? How much have they debited you for so far? They're full of it.
Actually, some of your other loans may not be legal lenders either. You may not even have to include them in your BK if they're already paid (according to your state laws).

I borrowed 200 but I haven't paid any of it because right after that I filed for bankruptcy. I've included all of them just in case even one from qxlonline that I know for a fact is a scam I'm passed due on them and they haven't even tried to contact me prob cuz they're a scam. Hopefully you're right I'm just got scared cuz the rep said he was going to put me as fraud and I'm gonna have all these court costs and other fees for having to report me.

They'll threaten all sorts of things but they are illegal lender
They'll threaten all sorts of things but they are illegal lenders. Make sure your attorney is aware of how much you borrowed and any amounts you've paid thus far. You're only responsible for paying back the principal amount of the loan. No fees, no interest, no other BS they'll try to claim you owe them.
I have to admit I got scammed by them. How do I stop payment to
I have to admit I got scammed by them. How do I stop payment to them? If they are not even a legal business they keep taking money out of my account. I borrowed 300.00. So far I've paid 360 and they said I still owe 390.
