Hi Nelly. I have a great credit report with just 1 account reported as not in good standing. That is WFNNB. I was late one month when I converted to e-mail statements and the e-mail was apparently blocked. It was a very small amount I remember. My credit has always been very good and I feel bad that this small amount is listed as not in good standing. Would you please be so kind as to have it removed from my report. I would sincerely appreciate it. Thank you. Gail Lyons

Hey Gail... You need to contact your creditor in order to get the negative item removed from your credit report. You can send a goodwill letter to your creditor requesting him to remove the negative item if you've already paid off the amount. You can check out a sample goodwill letter to remove negative listing from: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/letters/goodwill-removelisting.html
