Heelo There I have been lurking here for about a month. I finally decided to join. I am located in Pa. I had 4 internet payday loans. Just wanted to let everyone know I have settled them with the advice I have gotten on this forum. I contacted my Attorney General and they were very helpful. My loans were with United Cash, Payday Ok , ameriloan,One Click Cash. THey have not bothered me anymore. My Attorney General sent letters to them telling them that payday loans are Prohibited in this state. I had overpaid all of them. Some more than others. So if you are in Pa. the Attorney General here is wonderful and will help. Thanks also to the forum members here that gave good advice. You all are a true inspiration. A special thank you to Steelers and Mishele. Mishele I wish you God Speed on your health issues.

Can you post who you talked to at the AG's office? I've filed several complaints, and called 4 times, and each time I'm either told they "can't give legal advice and to contact a lawyer" or that if the pdl was over the internet and is licensed in it's state then they aren't doing anything wrong.

I can't seem to get any help there, so if you can give me a name to ask for, maybe I can finally get some help!

Another reason to register is so that you earn points with each post. Once you reach 1000 points you can turn them in for $$$ 1 point = $.01, and they can add up fast.

You don't have to give out much info when you register. It's free, and there are 2 options. You can sign up to recieve a call from a debt counselor in your area, or just sign up. I beleive the non call sign up all you enter is your email and a name. The call sign up you would have to at least give a phone number too.

You must see the video by Polly on the home page. You'll be more familiar about the community and the ranking chart system used by the website. The consultation companies are ranked on the basis of feedbacks by their customers. In case, you are looking for some company to manage your debts, you will be sure of dealing with a reputed company listed in the chart.
