The only communication that I have heard from them was a phone call at where I worked, I have not received any information by mail from this company. Where would I get a copy of the debt validation letter that I can send to them?

Samples of debt validation letter are kept in this forum. Please pick the letter that suits to your requirement and send it through certified mail with return receipt requested.

In your letter, you can mention that you refuse to be contacted at your place of work or by phone and you should be contacted only through mail. Once they have received your letter, they will have to correspond only through mail and give you the debt validation details of your accounts.

I had a payday loan that was placed with united legal corp. In florida. They sent me documents to verify my debt with them. I paid them, and they mailed me a statement for paid in full to creditor rio resources. I have contacted rio resources and it is valid and is now paid..

I have had a lot of trouble with ulc. They wont send me anything. They called my work over and over and over and finally (knock on wood) they haven't called in a while. They are rude!

I also had 4 loans forwarded to them, I had a problem at first when Ms. George kept telling me I didnt pay on time, when I did... Then the threats came and when I told her I knew about the laws, she got very nice and took my payment arrangment.. I paid 4 loans off in 6 months... it was not a problem and they were easy to work with , after I told them.. :roll:
